:oops:  i am having problems with my p38 it idles at 2000 rpm and i do not know y can anybody help

Check the cable linkages, there isn't much else you can check, failing that get a local independant to plug it in and have a look.

It does this if you adjust/replace the throttle position sensor (ask me how I know).

It definitely needs plugging into a Rovacom or similar for a checkout - that should tell you what's happening.
