I agree with the number plate, it's definately DE51 RED

I first fancied one when the Commodore (the Aussie Omega) was imported as a Holden about 10years ago (by HSV)

I know from talking to various officers that West Yorkshire (traffic) Police tested a Monaro as an alternative to B*W's etc..., especially given the solid reputation that Senators & Omegas have with various forces.

Now that the Monaro is to be replaced with a saloon (Commodore again?), I foresee many Police forces testing them for motorway useage - even more so if they see fit to bring in the Station Wagon
