knife found in my garden
« on: November 01, 2006, 19:57:54 »
Well here`s an odd one !!! I was talking to my neighbour the other day and he asked what was in my bush, looks like a knife he said. A quick phone call was made to the police (cheshire) and did they come and collect it ? Hell no, can u put it in a carrier bag and take it to the local police station was the reply. I would`nt mind but a police car went past my house and they could have collected it. Are the public now doing the job as a policeman/policewoman ?

Yes I'm afraid so.

Once you get it there you will have to test it for fingerprints and DNA as well, then you'll be arrested read your rights questioned all through the night and released on bail sometime towards the end of the week.

Have fun

last month we found some needles and syringes round the back, after phoning the police ti inform them of illegal activities they weren't bothered .so asked how do we get rid of them they said ringthe council. so we rang the local council there reply not our problem but we will send some one out .......2 weeks later said chappie comes and collects the stuff
and they wonder why we have no faith in either service
