Has any one ever spliced in a repair to get rid of rotten door frames? I'm also surprised at the number of cracks in the frames on the various doors.

I'm afriad I have a different concept of expensive
Middle row doors £293.75 each
Front doors £227.95 each
Thats just over a grand of doors before I consider replacement trims and seals.
