General auto box question

My auto box got dam, sat for 6 months and is stuck in 1st.

Any ideas how to free it or is it useless?

Tried a cuddle, candle lit dinner and a nice bottle of ATF and still stuck.  

Going to try the filter and fluid change tomorrow.  Blown front seal too so have a feeling its not in a good state..... :cry:

seeing as it maybe toast, you could try this! if you got nothing to lose. drain out what you can and put in a mix of 50% parafin 50% ATF. run it for 10 mins an see what happens.
