Leaving swivel

My swivel seal is leaking ep90 galore.  The problem is I topped it up with the one shot grease and its still pouring out.  

Its been leaking for months and when I parked it at work today in a matter of hours I had a puddle about 6" across!  I would have thought the ep90 would have long flowed out by now, could it be leaking accross from the diff some how?  Last service I did I had to bung a load of ep90 in the front diff but there are no other visible leaks.  

There is play in the wheel bearing on that side but its off the road at the moment while I work through the MOT list and I dont really want to adjust up the bearing if its all going to come off again for the seal.  

Any ideas anyone?

Sounds like blocked axle breather, pressure pushing gear oil past seal and into swivel. Also make sure wheel bearing play is not play in top and bottom swivel bushes, so making swivel seal not seat properly against the crome.

It shouldnt be a blocked axle breather, I replaced it when I raised them a few months ago.  

What is the seal called that it could be getting past  and how difficult is it to change? .  I bought a swivel seal kit that i think may have come with some kind of bearings?  I think I am going to have to start pulling it apart and see whats happening.  If I try and move the wheel from top to bottom whilst off the ground I can see the seal leaving the chrome ball and the oil leak increasing.  

Are the bearings in the swivel adjustable?

Its one of the last few nitemares before I can get me an MOT!  That and welding my new sill on :( :o

The steering swivel is adjustable by removing shims and checking the stifness with a spring balance, easy enough once you've done a couple
The axle space is seperated from the interior by an oil seal and a bush on non-ABS style axles.
