If you buy them, you'll probably save money, as she'll splash out on a decent bunch :)

SWMBO always buys her own flowers as if i buy some i get the following

1. what are you after?

2. do you want to go offroading with your mates again and leave me with the kids?

3.what have you broken?

4.how much did it cost (meaning i,ve bought parts again)

Surely if you buy flowers when it's not the norm then you run the risk of being accused of trying to cover something up or have an ulterior motive.

A word of wisdom is required.

It's not the price of the first bunch you need to worry about. It's the ones after that because again, you're hiding something if you don't buy any more after that or you don't love her enough to buy flowers. Well you used to buy them ;)

play her at her own game, go out and buy yourself some, to brighten up the shed or garage, that'll confuse her.......

I always find time when I'm in a supermarket to buy my wife flowers. I don't do it all the time and never if I'm trouble. I just keep an eye out for when they get chucked (Morrisons flowers last for weeks  )  and I'll wait a few days and replace em. Flowers don't do anything for me but it's nice to do a little something now and then without an ulterior motive. Best to pick a time when it's really not expected as it's the surprise that counts. Shame on you if you don't!

Still not allowed a winch bumper, mind.

Go buy her a bunch of flowers for goodness sake, don't wait till you need something before buying some. It takes just a few moments and a couple of quids but the pleasure they bring is enormous!
If you don't want to give them to your missus send them to me cos no-one buys me any!  :(
