If you've ever been round the Ring you'll just know how fast this bloke is going, and how does he make it look so easy?

yeh. as long as its open. you can find opening times of the ring on their website. make sure you check the website and correspond it to the day you will go... dont do what we did once and got it wrong ](*,)

it cost 15 euros per lap.
and then they do deals on laps after that...

Digressing slightly, my very good mate russ, ran his S11A  109, around the buggati circuit at La mans, day after the big race, blowing his nose in the genral direction of the supercar drivers

Plague  :P

I'm hoping to get a go there next year (07) as I thing QOC are going down there. Might go back to Autotechnic and get all the fuel economy (hahahah!) tweaks undone.
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

That's the one

Bubonic Plague

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ring_around_the_rosey

The flowers were used to try & purify the air around an infected person, as it was believed that the smell was part of the problem

Which has parrallels with the Typhoid/Cholera epidemics of the mid-1800's that led to Joseph Bazalgette designing the London sewerage system
(& also saw Doctor John Snow founding the science of Epidemiology)
