Terranger here, how are you all.
I had the pleasure of Turtle, and his better half's, Sue's, company a few weeks ago, and mentioned this topic.
I'm a Youth Worker, and this Organisation (
www.cafeproject.org) I work for, is needing funding for a new, crew-cab van, to tow our portable pitches around our County.
All the other workers are of the sporty type, I'm not, therefore I feel I'm letting the team down, as I can't think how to raise cash.
I put it to Turtle, what if, through this club, we organised a sponsored green-lane, from South, not necessarily Lands End, to the North, again not necessarily JoG. with monies going to various charities, not just one.
I thought of this idea, because, the money raised is to buy a vehicle, and as we all love our vehicles, it's a no brainer, right?
I'd appreciate feedback, please. Thanks Chaps and Chappesses.
