Vacuum Pump Pipe/hose
« on: December 30, 2006, 14:55:39 »
Does anyone know where I can get this?. It's the black pipe, or is it hose, that connects to the back of the vacuum pump to the Y piece that then connects to the brake pedal and somewhere else and cancels the Cruise control.

Mine is perishing and I have cut it down as far as it will go and now need a new piece. However I can't find it in the shops - although I could be looking for the wrong stuff.

That should be pretty easy, most Motor Factors or garages.
There is nothing that special really, the stiff sections do the lengths and the soft bits are usually just for the joins.

I have the same problem but fule hose or coolant hose is fine as the rubber is not exposedto anything other than air.
