I hate Doctors that shout their mouths off about BMIs there is no such thing as perfect weight applied by BMI.To lose weight you have to eat less and exercise once you start exercising you'll start toning muscle once you start toning muscle you'll build muscle weight - size for size muscle weighs twice the weight of fat so losing weight goes out the window :roll: Mind you bezzabsa you are errrrrrrr.... a bit over weight :D but I guess you didn't need anyone to tell you about that :lol: You'll probably lose a stone even a stone and a half in a month and then your weight will probably plateau and that is when you'll need a diet that doctors seem to know little about. Go see your local gym staff and see whether they can help you.I wish you sucess
good luck with the weight loss, its not the easiest thing and weight gain does have a way of sneaking up on you!Do you do any exercise and will you knee let you? You may find a little bit of walking helps a great deal.
28 kg ??? Must be the cats and onions Will post book tomorrow :D An apple a day keeps the doctor away. An onion a day should take care of pretty much everyone else. I Love cats......They taste like chicken ..
Been using ORLISTAT myself and while using them with each and every meal I have lost weight, but be warned if you eat anything too fatty you will have a very sore ringpiece. :(bloodshot): You will notice an immediate difference when you go to the toilet anyway, lots of fatty deposits round the pan and several flushes needed :(bigoops):
Dont forget the photo in your undies for the Before pic when you loose all the weight :lol:
You dont need to post it just keep it for inspiration and bragging when you loose it :lol:
