Need some Nylon machining
« on: January 04, 2007, 22:10:28 »
Anyone know of someone who will machine some custom nylon spacers from a cad drawing, only need 4 or 8 doing and most places say sod off or quote silly prices, Ideally in north west / west midlands area.

I know a few
Try Harry at Luplin
http://www.applegate.co.uk/company/03/71/477.htm
Hes a traditional engineering shop nice bloke good prices, we use him as when we are in trouble and need it now he dose his best to help and the workmanship is first class.
What machineing is needed as I know a few who have lathes and millers etc at home and do jobs for faviours and cash etc
Remember it will come in handy even if you never use it
