as said above, try bleeding the system first its the easyest place to start.
if that doesnt solve it you could try, ( dont know how different the 200 and 300 is ) but check to see if the pin arm is traveling free . take off the cylinder that connects to the gearbox, then unclip the arm that goes from that into the fork arm that is in the gaearbox ( be carefull taking it out ) put it into the cylinder and get someone to press the clutch pedal SLOW. it should move freely and from memory bout an inch or so, with your finger on the end of it(dont quote me on that but it around that ).
if its not that then it could be your fork bent, worn or fractured where the arm fits, but you would brobabily loose your clutch completely if it was that.
