New Disco 3 - Wet Carpet

Has anyone experienced this in the front passenger foot well?. If so did you find out what caused it. This has started to happen to a friends and I suspect there is a 'bung' that may have dropped out etc.

If i had a wet carpet in  a new Disco 3 it would be going straight back to the garage!!  :shock:
