Nice looking but I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole even ignoring it's a p38.. though being a diesel is in it's favour.

The words "boat" and the presence of a slipway in the image conjure up images of a chassis wait to fall on the drive when you slam the doors in a couple of years time. Though of course I could be wrong.

DONT say that. :shock: .. have NO info on the vin plate apart from chassis No. and the log book says the No. is NONE TRANSFERABLE, also lists owners as 7 FROM 1994

You got it from someone on here anyway didn't you ? - my last classic had a lot of owners too - mind you it was a V8 and they tend to go through a lot of owners as not everyone is prepared for the fuel bills

NON TRANSFERABLE PLATE

So its had a private plate on, when they take the 'plate' off they re-issue the original plate if possible and mark it as 'non transferable'
So they can sell you a plate but if the one you get is any use you cant sell it  :shock:

Mine says that, and now the car i took mine off has the original plate as 'non transferable'
