Scored a 14" rugedised, waterproof touch screen TFT at the boot sale yesterday...

£10 and it works!

So on with the navigation/E-Dash project for the Zook.
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

Heavy duty mount on it and its all die-cast ally with rubber gaskets. Should be fairly up to survivng a downpour if the roof is down.

NCR make em as do this company (Datalux). NCR call them SNIKes (god knows what it means) Just look about anywhere that sells point of sale stuff and in particular ebay. The really nice ones are the ones used by B&Q and Tesco Express :)
