Took these photos about 15 min ago - all this has happened in the last hour and it is still coming down thick and fast - in fact I reckon there must be another inch since I took the photos  :shock:
This is going to have serious economic implications on the local community since it is bound to stop people (me included ) going about there daily business............................................................................................
















Right enough of this ( grabs wellies and flask ).....................I'm off to play !  :lol:

I'd take a photo, but wind doesn't come out very clearly!

That's it, rub it in, why don't ya!!

Just howling gails and pooring rain down here.... but the fords were fun again this morning on my way to work  :D  Very fast flowing and up to about 18". I could feel the force of the flow pushing the Zuke sideways as I passed through  :shock:

Well we have gales and rain since new years eve so it makes a pleasant change not to have any wind or rain - strangely enough it actually feels quite warm outside........................................... :?

Well the snow has stopped now and the sun is out - but I don't think it's finished for the night
Starting to get cold now cos the sky is clear - I wish I could share the snow around, everyone deserves at least one day of snow a year
We don't actually get that much being on the west coast cos the gulf stream keeps it warmer here than further inland - but we did get this last March !   :lol:

Wots the prospect of snow like North of the Border in late February? I'm heading up to see a mate at Lochailort and it would be great to see some of the white stuff again.
Apparently it very rarely snows in 'Ampshire.

Well there hasn't been a proper cold spell yet this winter and I reckon Feb. can be the coldest month so you never know !
BTW the snow has almost completely gone now at lower levels  :(  - but still hanging about in the hills though  :wink:
