dodgy disco wiring

hi im having slight trouble with my disco's wiring
the trouble is wen i hit bumps or the truck jolts sometimes the dash lights and headlights will flicker and the stereo will turn off and  back on
any ideas ?????

try the fusable links under the bonnet... mine were corroded and doing the same thing  :wink:

I'll agree with that. I chopped them out and put 35amp blade fuses in. Fuseable links, pah! Corrodable more like!

i did the fuse links and no such luick but iv found theproblem and its a weird the straps that hold the fuel tank the rear one needed earthing???? dont understand why but its worked so all's good cheers 4 help peeps
