Anybody know if the switch lights for the rear window demiss and rear wiper etc should light up when you put the sidelights on as mine dont but they light up when you press them. and they are hard to see in these cold dark mornings. Oh its a "j" 91 v8

Should only work when switched on.

They should be illumiated green when the side lights are on.
Maybe the bulbs have gone?

Not sure on a '200', I would imagine there should be some illumination there otherwise how would you see to know which switch to operate!
Have you tried pulling/prising one out of the dash to see what it has in it?

Yes mate when you put the sidelights on they should light up my bro put led's in his as he reakons the standard go quite regular.

i was til the in laws got offered £1750 for it. so me keeping the v8 now. thats twice i nearly had there disco. the first time i ended up with the range rover and now this time. guess it just not meant to be :cry:
