which ones can i fit on a 200 defender without having to mess about changing things? are discovery 200 alternators the same? 300 defender/disco the same? etc etc

I have a 80 amp that should fit yours possibly spare for the right money??? 8) i did run a 100 amp but it kept eating belts something to do with th v belts... 8) 8)

I struggle to run an 80 amp on the standard Vee belt, I found an over-width one at Halfrauds (13mm instead of 10) seems to work. 100 amps were fitted with a multi-vee belt.

send us a pm ian let me know what you want for it :) had a problem with the battery not charging properly lately, was looking like alternator at first... but since i removed a mashed up snapped belt AGAIN earlier, we now know what the problem is ;)
