On inspection of my rear axle on a 1987 efi 4 door which i now a 2 door, I have noticed that the rear springs are painted black and have a white dash and a red dash od paint, I have seen this before on other rangies and I was wondering what this meant hopefully someone in mud land will know, I'm hoping they are heavy duty springs.
cheers Rob

Heavy duty, supposedly standard height rear saprings as used on 'police spec' suspension.
Blue,  1988  Range Rover 3.5 EFi with plenty of toys bolted on
Chuggaboom, 1995 Range Rover Classic
1995 Range Rover Classic Vogue LSE with 5 big sticks of Blackpool rock under the bonnet.
