Tax Exempt?

Can of worms there I think!

Well I have a cut down V8 RRC which is basically a chassis and running gear and some body work.
I also have a 1963 SWB which has more hole than chassis and some moron (that was tame considering)  has cut and chopped all over to put what is supposed to look like a roll cage then cut it off again. All the front end lifts together (bonnet, grille and both wings) in a flimsy was done in 5 minutes sort of way.
I am going to strip down the RR and clean and seal the chassis, then drop a series body on it maybe not the '63 though.
To all those out there going why??? Simple, because i can  :D
To all those out there debating the law, it wont be for road use, well not yet and by the time it is it will be legal and taxed.
I would at this point like to thank everyone for thier input as this has been very informative.

Oh yes, might have a 6 cylinder york diesel for the series, front end would need changing to make space but still be tax free  :D

Once again balance is restored
