As Paul says, just look at trimming the arches.
If you want a lift, the cheapest way is to use spring packers to lift springs and fit longer shocks. You can see some options here under lift kits,
http://www.llama4x4.co.uk/Easier to spend 26 notes on two extended brake lines than re-weld brake pipe mounts and hope the pipework will move ok. Go for a 1" lift and you won't need to do them.
If your springs are old then you might as well replace. OME are best but are also most exepnsive, Britpart etc come in at about 50-60 pounds a pair.
You don't have to change out radius arms, and UJ's may or may not be a problem with a 2" lift, will be no problem with a 1" lift
