It's standard fit to the Discovery 3, you know.  Available as an aftermarket option on the TD5.

Having now seen one in the flesh so too speak at my local dealers, it's growing on me.

Front end is meaty, side view is'nt to bad, back end of the roof is too long and flat. The rear I don't like.

I take it, it has a tail gate like the RR, split one.

Must say though that having the spare wheel underneath did'nt affect the performance on Top Gear.

I saw the winching bit Paul, some ground anchor that, how much did they say the new Discovery weighs and that was'nt when it was bogged down stuck.

The A bar on the front looked a bit naff, those new style ones look too plastic.

Then I will grow to like it, I won't be rushing to
get one just yet.

Will all the electronics still work in 20 or 50 years time?

Havin thought about it, wot clarkson and co did could cause mayhem #-o

The few off-road idiots who watch him will use what he did as a excuse to drive where ever they like. this will be used by the rabblers and anti's to further their cause to ban "off-roading".

I hope they got the land owners permission to carve up anicent peet bogs.

God knows who that will upset.

Just my opinion.
Cheers.

Having watched TG. to night I have to say i am very unhappy bunny...........

Fancy driving across a peat bog, getting stuck, using the winch (incorrectly) and then wheel spinning the thing.........

What more could the anti 4x4's ask for.....................

JC should have had a lesson or two before doing that stunt.................

It will blow every thing up now....................Anti's / ramblers / JSP /

Gets off soap box now.
