The Chairman of the company I used to work for appeared on  18DoughtyStreet.com Talk TV and made some interesting observations regarding the local Highways Agengy in the West Midlands.

There was recently some news story in our local paper telling of a Highways Agency supervisor on £80k sick-pay (with bonuses of course)      so you can understand why they need to charge us for using the streets of Birmingham
