Quite simply, Labour are traitors to Queen and Country, no doubt about it.

One of the best advertisments for recruiting for the RAF. Abought right that this Government wants to scrap it. They have no pride in this country whatsoever.
Signed.

Not entirely as far as I'm aware, BAe put a considerable amount of their own funding into the Red Arrows as it is also displaying their aircraft.

And besides, it's a centre of excellence for pilots, something to aspire to and one of the few things we are still top of the pile at.  I'd rather they spent twice as much of my money on the Red Arrows and a damn sight less on security for mr B. Liar to take his holidays on a private beach at some politically non-neutral cronies house in Florida or whatever scam he puilled this time.

the PM of Norway goes on holiday in a caravan, so should mr Liar.

Having grown up watching the Red Arrows do their Displays all over the Country I for one am keen on Saving them !!
The Royal Air Force is also Proud to support the Reds as they're not only Display Aircraft, at a Display at RAF Mildenhall a few years back we were treated to a rare display from the Reds as they were all armed with Live AIM-9 Sidewinder Air-to-air Missiles. These Guys aren't just there for our entertainment, they're part of this Countrys' Air Defense.

As Rich says, BAe do Put a lot of Funding into the Running of the Reds, same as Folland did when they flew the Gnat .. Before that they were Hawker Hunters and the RAF Paid or that as they were a Front-Line Unit

Labour have a History of playing with this Countrys' Aviation Technology and Heratige (Probably spelt wrong but You know what I mean!!)
In the 70's the Labour Government scrapped the TSR2 .. Terrain-Following Radar, Semi-Stealth Design, Faster than anything else in the air and Multi-Role...
Then they Removed the Funding for the AVRO Vulcan XH558 (Sadly still not flying from Bruntingthorpe thanks to increased costs and legislative restrictions from .. yep .. Labour!!
And they tried to quietly do away with the BBMF (Battle of Britain Memorial Flight) But it got thrown out of Parliament owing to too much predicted outrage from the Public

Soon there will be nothing left and it will all be banned, gone, or charges are so high we won't be able to afford it... lets all move to a Free country like China or Cuba

As has already been said losing these guys would be a great mistake for this country Clearly the best pilots in the world (don't shoot thier own and the cream of the RAF) but also the best advert for BRITISH industry. But of course they are British and OUR goverment (idiots) do what they do best-PUT US DOWN.

Plus the fact that each display is paid for, or contributed to, by the organiser as well.

I say keep them and use tree huggers as fuel
