Scammer baiting

Some time ago, I was asking around for an 88" chassis.  Out of the blue last night I got this email:

Hello,
   I saw your e-mail address on the website that you need A 88" Chassis.it is in good condition and the price is  Ã‚£2,000 plus  shipper O.B.O.Therefore I will be expecting your respond without much delay  if interested.ok..
Mr Stewart..

It's scammer written all over it.  This was my reply:

Hi

For £2,000 I would expext a VERY good 88" chassis.

I'm having difficulties.  I have been told that English Trading Standards require a payment of £15 (UK Pounds) before any international transaction can take place.  I have the £2000 asking price, but no more to pay English Trading Standards.
