Disc Hand brake - Meets ARC rules??
« on: March 03, 2007, 18:19:43 »
As above...

Trialling tomorrow, would like to know if anyone else has successfully passed scrutineering with one of these on?

I wouldn't have *thought* there'd be a problem, after all it's a safety improvement and the rule book/war an peace seems to be all for that?? That said, I am fairly new to the world of RTV...

Any advice?
If it aint muddy, it aint right.

I can't see why it wouldn't be ok, after-all, if you stop on a trial you're stuffed anyway, so you only need the handbrake for site safety, and they work better than the original anyway.......
gone from 200tdi.... to 300tdi... still with loads done to it, in fact, even more than the last truck...LOL!!!
