Been offered a 110 defender 300tdi on a L reg good condition 98,000 miles. £2000 NO VAT IS THAT GOOD
What are they like off-road towards a 90
What to look out for

Yes its a good price. Its as good as a 90 off road, better some times and worse some times. But its better for sleeping the back of.

Just so long as you can put up with the inferior steering lock & the (slightly compromised, in comparison to a 90) breakover & departure angles, they're equally capable.
I never had any complaints with my old 110 Hard-Top, or my (present 110CSW

Plus, as stated you can sleep in one & throw a hell of a lot of stuff in one
