would like some info and to find out if anyone has one for sale. i have a disco 1 h plate has  nudge bar attached need to know if i can keep nudge bar on and what sort of guard i need as i am thinking of putting a winch bumper on not to sure on this can do most things to disco but not sure what to do has anyone got info or a used guard

i would recomend you to get a 3 pce guard, as with those there is some degree of adjustment in the mounting width, allowing for winch bumpers etc.
the fixed ones are a pain in the ass sometimes as some are narrower and some are chassis width, then you cannot fit other items without a degree of grinding / cutting / welding to get it all to fit.
that just depends on each individual supplier / manufacturer of guard

ours by the way are £96 delivered, thought id just mention that!

I have a Rebel 4x4 one with recovery eyes and it fits between the two sides of the chassis, and when I tried putting the winch bumper on it was a pain, but it did go on eentually, only to be taken off later!
