took the rangie out for a pay and play today was up at 4am to pick my daughter and friends up from heathrow and then whent 4x4ing at 12 to 4 so its been a long day but fun
not certain that i like the auto box for offroading after the animal being manual takes some getting used to on the down hill sections
think the engine braking is quite poor but will need to get used to it
also dont have the body clearance the animal had and managed to dent the osr door and wing also some scratches to the nsr bent the front no plate so need to relocat that to
now got to make a side exit exhaust cos i wrapped the tail pipe around the axle so had to drive home with just the down pipes 8)
so got it nice and muddy now also used a tank full of LPG about 40litres
glad it aint the same cost as petrol
the tyres work well on the mud but not as good as the road tyres the animal had when it comes to driving on the chalk and rocks couldn't climb the cliff that the animal could also it looks a lot higher from the rangie seat
the wife also took the disco to the pay and play after me T cuting the scratches polishing and waxing the bodywork so got to do that again and the dog went to and coverd the rear seat with chalk dust so also need to do the inside to
then i got grief for the exhaust and body damage on the rangie :(
