Thanks to Guardian for making custom rock sliders for Gavin and I!

As you can see they line up really nicely with the cut arches

What do they go for to fit a standard 96 disco, Guardian?

Its on my list after the tyres and HD bumpers.....

Put mine on at the weekend as well, a bit tricky on your own but with the help of an axle stand and a bottle jack they went on sweet. 6 holes to drill either side, 4 underneath and 2 through the sill, comes complete with all nuts and bolts. Took about 2 hours but well worth it as they look great and give loads of protection. With the 235/85/16 Grizzly's, a 2" lift and bucket seats it also makes it a lot easier getting in and out.

Thanks again to Guardian!

Hi Guys, gotta say I have got a Guardian winch bumper, its a great bit of kit with all you need on it..The only 2 things spence may wanna think about is.

1: The spot light brackets need to be on top of the A bar as they foul the winch where they are if you fit the spots under the A bar..There is not enough clearance for the bolt shaft for my spots so they aim a litle high.

2: make the recovery eyes  little thicker/ double plated as mine have bent while being recovered by a RR...Although I was well stuck...

Just a suggestion but as I say good bit of kit indeed.

hi tel, thanx.
feedback always appreciated, its the only way to improve items for real life use!
we did increase the mounting plate thickness with the recovery eye in recently, as i have revised the winch bumpers, there a bit sleeker, and higher.
as for the spot light mounts, i just put em where everone sticks em, to be honest never really seen the point on a winch bumper as the space is limited for a winch and lamps, and i personally do not like lamps on top of 'a' bars, but thats just me.
i was toying with just leaving them off all together, perhaps i had better not then!
all the best

ive just built a tapered style rear for discos, spose it could have rear light fitments, but just to busy at mo to develop it. its all fabbed up on back of one of our discos, soon as i get time to do the finishing touches i will, but gonna be a couple of months.

still messing about with the front tapered winch bumpers, but they are about there now, awaiting the first 'real' sample from laser boyz.
