Snorkels, wing top ones though,
« on: March 14, 2007, 01:16:26 »
Hi,

Does anyone know where to get snorkels that go through the vents on the top of the wing rather than the ones on the side or are the vents the same size? not near my wings to tell as at uni but i thought the wing top ones were slightly longer.

Was wondering if anyone knew if anyone sold them, Like this.

Cheers

The actual wingtop section can sometimes be found on the Ex-military forum pages as all the army 110's use this setup.

Have looked about for ages now on the internet and the only ones are the mantec on's,

Think i have desised il just but the side mount and then modify then.

Easy to weld a new plate on i feel.

i was tempted by the idea of modding one

i did get a price off someone on another forum for fabricating one out of SS
was about £30 a side for the panel in the wing IIRC
