Does anyone know how to service a starter motor? Or is it easier to get an E-bay special?

I tried, but it still kept sticking, I bought a recon one with years guarantee for £48!

No fudge. I dont know anyone in the trade! I have seen a vit in the local scrappy though. I might check that out cos I want to be up and running for p+p @ sibbertoft on 25th
