I just thought it was something different. You don't see many bobtailed Discos, seen a few pickups on the road (As seen on the London to Brighton Run 2000 - see picture), but the most common bobtail is the classic range rover.

I don't know about "blooming horrible" but it looks... wrong.

it's the sort of thing, that without having seen a full length disco you'd question...  I bet there's tribes of people in the jungle. untouched by western civilisation saying "muwungle wunglebow" [1]
