I'm not sure that's legal. Aren't Agricultural vehicles not paying duty limited to a small number of miles per year?

They are limited to (I believe) travelling no more than 12 miles on a public highway in any journey. A lot of contractors / farmers round here have gone to proper Derv over the past few years as the C&E have been clamping down on it.
