3.9 EFi Radiator - Best to buy from?
« on: March 30, 2007, 05:29:53 »
Looks like I may need to get a new radiator for my 3.9 EFi Auto (1991).

Has anyone any suggestions as to the best place to get one.  I currently have a price of £162.50 + £12 delivery.  I did not think this was a bad price but if anyone has any other ideas!

I wood jump at that but I am pretty sure it is the wrong one.  My Rangie is a 3.9 EFi Auto, 1991.  As such it has the twin oil coolers and was suitable for the Auto 3.9 up to 1992.

I don't really want to go for an original rad as my own is not leaking and looks fine - I just don't think its doing its job.  I am going to take a closer look at it today to see if I can feel hot or cold spots!

Thanks for letting me know anyway!

Why not go for a recore, that way you've got a brand new rad for S/h price.

And if you talk to the recore company you might be able to improve the rad over standard at the same time
