ok so my landy has had the 200tdi conversion, but i think i am still running the 2.5na air filter?
my air filter measures about 215mm - 220mm
the 200tdi air filters measure about 285mm.
what air filter am i running pls help!!

You are running a Td or NA diesel air filter assembly....

A 200Tdi is quite different - and mounted in a different way!!

What's the difference between a TD one and a 200tdi one then?  I have a 200tdi (Defender engine) conversion (from Td) and have a filter similar to that (looks longer though).

I don't know that it would make a noticeable difference if you have the TD/etc filter. Have you got engine performance problems? If so, leave the element out and see if there's a difference.
