Well I am guessing that it was someone getting back at him for beating him away at the lights or sumit as why else would there be a pay day game under the jack where it cant blow away??? Not something you keep in your car as an every day to day item.

And sorry. None of those cars do anything for me except curdle my blood thinking how much money they spent on sound systems and rubbish paint jobs. Each to our own I guess. they probably say the same to my disco!

There is and always will be problems like this at any big car show.. we all know the problems Billing has had over the years with locals being able to roam the camping areas freely. I'm sure other shows have the same problem. i know cars @ max power which are inside the NEC manage to get damaged over night and people appeal for witnesses but i doubt anything ever comes of it... its what public liability is all about.

they dont always think of security at big events.. to busy at entertaining and taking money.

and sadly people do it for money or simply out of spite because some ones done better than them.

Wouldn't be surprised if somebody stood there and sold off the parts off to people telling them all must go :)

I'm not a great fan of cars of that ilk, but it is someone's pride and joy. That is sickening.
I am gob smacked nobody saw anything.
I dealt with a case a few years ago where a scooby got stripped. Some of the bits were recovered, and I managed to get some fingerprints off the bootlid.
They came back to a well known little thieving scrote, who was subsequently 'lifted' and 'spoken to', there was a lot of circumstantial evidence but CPS wouldn't run the case, as no one had seen him there at the time, even though his prints were all over the stolen gear!
I was absolutely livid.

I must admit I saw the Landy before any of the other cars.
It's probably older than the cars in the line up and will probably still be going when they've all been crushed.

Quattro owners club have just cancelled their 'do' at Pod citing problems with security and needing a new venue :(

I know a few cars were damaged there last year.
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

I didnt spot that landy. too fast flicking through the photos with cars in that have speakers bigger than my head and trying to find why everyone was going on about the thread.

It did come to my attention that on the other forum every reply had at least 1 swear wors in it! Shows the difference between 4x4 owners and "chavs"

Do those kind of cars get classed as gas guzzlers???? Just a random thought that came into my head coz I bet they use alot of fuel (and probably tyres!!! )

Just spotted the 5th car along that line too!!! :D Is it a disco???

2 years ago at the rally of mull whilst out on emergency service we had to call the old bill because 4 or 5 blokes were stripping a scooby that some poor [!Expletive Deleted!] had rolled into a field. wasn't even a competing car was some one who got a bit carried away in his/her's own motor. makes you wonder why you both leaving the house sometimes
