Hi there, anyone have any suggestions for good / cheap insurance companies that cover you for off-roading?

Greenlanes are not off-road.  Greenlanes are on Public Rights of Way, that carry just the same classification as the main tarmac roads.

So by law, insurance companies have to cover you for 'greenlanes' as well because they are no different to the tarmac roads in the eyes of the law.

I don't remember which company but one asked me if I needed greenlane cover, as it would push my premium up.

Might as well go with the cheapest, they are all s***s when you need to claim.

True, so you don't need any specific company for that. If you break it at a pay'n'play day, drag it to the nearest green lane and tell 'em it happened there.

Try Competition Car Insurance.  They do lots of race car policies so presumably will cover rally/4x4 too.
