AA Advert

Is it me or is the AA advert getting on peoples nerves.

I just wish they would call on a new advertising campaign surely they have a friend they might know in Satchi & Satchi

how about!!!!

Thunder road !!!

The Final Countdown with a timer interupted from the moment you call to the moment they get there.

Danger Zone if they are late and the kids are screamimg and SWMBO moans that you should have got a more reliable vehicle and full blown argument starts about the great aspects of owning a Land Rover.

Bat out of Hell for when they've fixed or getting relay home just to for you to sink into a nice cold beer !!!

just my thoughts

Their claim to be be the "4th emergency service" always got on my nerves. Surely coastguard/RNLI/mountain rescue have a much stronger claim to that.

Well not having a TV does mean I havent seen the ad's, so no they arent getting on my nerves!!! I do however always do that annoying back door shutting noise from 1 of thier adverts. Left door quickly followed by right door. You know the one. It is just habbit now!! Grrr

I am with the RAC. Windscreen wipers packed up on way home 4 weeks ago. From calling out to back on the road, under an hour.

also they cover my caravan back to my home and as I am a member of the camping and caravanning club I get more of a discount.

RAC all the way for me. Never again with AA

I don't think much of their advert either. If I breakdown I expect the breakdown guy to turn up in a van and to bring some tools with him. It's alright turning up with 100 mates but if they've allwalked to you and forgotten their toolkits they're not gonna have much luck fixing it.

I'd recommend them.
AA have always been helpful, courteous and quick when either me or my SWMBO (Ex and present) have had problems.

Last July they even fixed an injector pipe at the side of the road.
It's a bit of a family thing though They took us all the way from Manchester to Cornwall one time when my dads VW camper broke down.
But then we came to know the telephonists by their first name with that motor.
