Just wondering if anyone had fitted an allisport intercooler to a 300tdi and if they had what sort of difference it made to speed, acceleration, torque etc. any and all opinions welcome!!
Theres no such thing as the wrong sort of mud!

Hissy has one fitted by Allisport and they tweaked the pump at the same time!He wouldn't be without it! Apparently it pulls like a school boy :lol:  :lol:

It's thge pump tweak that does it, the intercooler stops the smoking that would otherwise result.

Had the full width Allisport intercooler fitted almost exactly 3 years ago. Major difference.  Don't have to change gear as much, can pull up hills with less/no loss of speed.  Turbo kicks in at just under 1500rpm, so acceleration is better too.  Wouldn't be without it.

They did not make any changes to the pump either, so all improvements down to intercooler and removal of EGR.

Just had a raised air intake fitted last week.  Have to say, I have noticed a slight dip in performance since so I will be checking that over soon.
