What about a datcila duster[Spelt wrong i know].They looked like a really cheap 4x4 from around the 80's.An old girl friends uncle had one in his shed and i'm sure it had 132 wheels like that on it.I think it was a cheq made car.

Yes they had a plastic bonnet could well be for that.

prity sure the wheels are called "weller whites" Use to have a set on my old sunbeam but 4 studs. looks like they may fit a suzuki, dahatsu or other jap type 4x4.
