am i glad i dont own the defender i am lucky enough to drive at work , just back from full service, new wiper blades, and brake pads all round £668 phew :)

That's why I have both my 05 90 and 05 110 serviced by a local independent from new. Under recent law change if they are serviced to LR specs and using LR service items it's fine warranty wise.
