Switches & Spare Connectors in Vitara
« on: May 02, 2007, 21:22:33 »
Just doing some major reworking of some things in the rabbit and trying to make head or tail or the spare wiring behind the dash.

As standard I have the Mirror controls and rear fogs. I've fitted c/l so this leaves 3 spare connectors. Have identified one as rear demister so that leaves what I think is the rear wash/wpie and a big green multiway connector. I'm assuming this is the EFi ecu, cant see anything else I can think of it being. Theres another multiway up in the bowels of the dash that turned out to be the c/l relay.

Can anyone confirm what this big multiway is (its been hacked about) Plus I have a 2 way behind the speaker with a loop back in it and a 4 way under the radio loose that I'd like to know the function of. Bloody diagram I have dont show connectors.
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

AC has its own wiring harness aparently, but might explain the 4 way under the radio.

Can someone with EFi confirm this needs a second ECU, as I dont think it does.
