Heavy Duty Front Bumper - ABS ABar

I have an ABS ABar supplied by Paddock Spares fitted to the original front bumper on my 300tdi click here My spotlights and number plate are mounted on the ABar.

I'm looking to replace the original front bumper with a heavy duty one made by First Four Offroad (they also make the ones supplied by Paddock) see here

Ideally, I'd like to refit the ABar to the HD bumper but the person I spoke to at Paddocks was a bit woolly as to whether or not it would fit.

Has anyone fitted the type of ABar I have to an HD bumper like the one sold by First Four/Paddocks?
