Ok, picked it up today and there are a few faults, the airbag light is on, it thinks the tailgate is open, the rear wiper doesn't work, the steering wheel is not in the center and worst of there is a whining sound, I think it is coming from the front, could it be the gearbox? Any tips on correcting any of the above?

Rear wiper, if its on a seperate switch on the dash you may find its the switch, does it light up with the other switchs when the head lights are on, if not its a £10-15 fix.

If its not a sepeate switch (like the rear screen) please ignore for Grands & this only aplies to XJ's

I disconnected the liftgate sensor because it was constantly showing open, and the rear wiper started working :o
