Can anyone tell me if 15" 8 spoke rims will fit over series 2 brake drums please.

they do fit over the 10" drums, not so sure about 11" ones tho

I have 8-spoke 16" rims on 11" brake drums on catflap and there is more than an inch of gap between the inside of the rim and the widest point of the brake drum, so I would say that your 15" rims will fit on an 11" drum with about 3/4" gap between the two.
