old paint or new paint

i have not long brought a series 3 swb 88 inch and i think its marine blue .i dont know whether to paint it all nato green or keep the blue

  will it lose any value if i paint it a different colour  :roll:

Depends how original it is.  If that's its original paint colour, and it has always been that, then you may very well affect its value although the loss would only be small.

It all depends on how badly you paint it ;)

It's down to personal choice, if you like blue, keep it blue, if you like nato green, do that. I don't think the residual value would be affected either way, it's what's available at the time you're selling it.
Amber is a 1971 Series IIa with a 2286 petrol
