Anyone use facebook?
« on: June 05, 2007, 00:18:26 »
www.facebook.com

My missus dragged me on there, its quite addictive actually several old school mates etc of mine are on there.

Anyway thats not really why im posting, I have had a 3 day debate with the morons in the group titled  "Ban all Urban 4X4 as they are pointless".

Now I have worked my way through most of them who appear to have given up with the debate but one arse is lingering.  Any posters gone join the group and help out!? :D

Cheers,

Mike

Hi Mike, the wife has got me on here aswell, not had much time yet to play around on it, perhaps we should start a group on there, 4x4 appreciation society or not the school run-lets off road   You will find me if you put in Chris Hunt, I have a dodgy picture of me, my dog and my gun!!

Just had a look, but where is this debate ?? Which "network" is it on ? I am sure we could add to the discussion if we can find it

You don't have to do that;  it's if you want to import all your email addresses from your email account to look for people on Facebook.  You can skip that step.  But actually I've done this loads of times and I don't think they'll abuse your data.

I dont think its in any network?  If you click on groups on the left hand side of the screen and then search for the group you should find it!

There are loads of anti 4x4 groups!

I am also in the "I would rather push a land rover than drive a jeep" group lol.  Thats quite a heated debate but one I am not really joining in with, I just thought it was mildy amusing.

Come on folks, help me out here!

Cheers,

Mike

Yes it is - do a search for "mud club", click groups, then go through the list til you get to M - currently page 2.  Not to be confused with "THE mud club".
